THE CHEF
With a culinary heritage passed down from his grandmother (head chef of the iconic Rivoli) and his family, Chef Óscar Rodríguez began his career at age 15 at Jardín del Corregidor.
His talent led him to La Valentina, where he represented Mexico incountries such as France, Switzerland, Portugal, Germany, Panama, Argentina, and Uruguaypresenting his cuisine to renowned personalities including Jacques Chirac, Madonna, Sylvester Stallone y Michael Douglas.
Today, his unique touch is the heart and soul of Mesón del Monje.
